If
you have any problems logging into your account, please go through the
points below to identify the issue

1. Unable to log-in:
To log-in to your account, you should have provided us with your date
of birth at the time of submitting your application form. If you have
not provided this information please email it to us at bookrewards@shoppersstop.co.in
with your card number and address. We would need a minimum of 2 days to
update your account, so do bear with us.
2.
Points shown are incorrect:
Do email us your full name and card number and we will send you a detailed
transaction list to verify your points accumulation.
You can also claim your reward points for any transaction that were
excluded. All you have to do is send us details of your transaction
such as bill number, bill date and amount along with your full name
and Book Rewards Card number to bookrewards@shoppersstop.co.in.
We will verify the details and add reward points in your account within
5 working days.
3.
I would like to redeem my points:
If you have accumulated at least 50 points, print this page and take
it to any of our stores and redeem the points against your purchases.
