With our Book Rewards Programme we're always trying to give you the best of benefits. To make our programme more efficient, we're introducing a few changes listed below. Of course these in no way alter your shopping experience at Crossword. So go ahead, and make the most of being a valued Crossword customer.

To enjoy membership rewards uninterrupted, all you'll have to do is just walk in and shop at Crossword at least once every 2 years. Though we'd obviously like to see you far more often than that.

After 2 years, your old points will expire. You can now start redeeming your points as soon as you accumulate 50 points. To know your points tally, please enquire at any store or click here and do redeem your points in time. Make the programme work harder for you.

Reading enriches the mind and your wallet too! From Nov 1st, 2007 onwards you will earn 1 point worth 70 paisa for every Rs.40 spent.

All other benefits such as special previews, extended exchange period, free home delivery on Dial-A-Book orders, free Gift-A-Book service*, SMS, e-mail alerts and free subscription to eWORDS will continue as before.

To make it easier for you, we have also included a list of questions that may be running through your mind now.

If you have shopped at least once at Crossword in the past two years, then your card will remain active. And before we deactivate your account, we will get in touch with you to ensure you are okay about it. So please make sure you have given us your contact details. If you want to update your contact information, please speak with our Customer Service Executives at any Crossword store or email us your card number, full name and address at bookrewards@shoppersstop.co.in

Do I have any points that will expire?
If you are a regular shopper, there are all chances that you do not have any points that risk expiry. However to ensure you make full use of all reward points, please check your account balance at any store or click here and redeem the points at the earliest.

How do I know how many of my points will expire?
You would have already received mailers and emails from us highlighting the amount of points that are due for expiry. If you have not received any intimation from us, please visit any of our stores or click here to know your latest balance. The website will list out your total points and the amount that is due for expiry along with the expiry date.

Are you going to lapse all my points?
No, only those points accumulated before Oct 2005 is due for expiry and we lapse them only if you do not redeem or wish to redeem them before 31st December 2007.
