The Book Rewards Programme - Terms and Conditions

• Benefits and offers available through program partners may change or be withdrawn without prior intimation. Crossword will not be responsible for any liability arising from such situations or from the use of such offers.
  

• No two offers or discounts can be clubbed unless specified otherwise.

• A Book Rewards Membership number can be entered against an institutional sales transaction only if full rates are paid against merchandise purchased. In other words, if any discount is afforded on an institutional sales order, you will not get Book Rewards points against it.

• The Book Rewards Membership is for individuals only - it is not a corporate card.

• A membership can be revoked or refused if a member/ customer is involved in any act of fraud, shoplighting or cheating.

• Crossword reserves the right to revise terms and conditions governing the Book Rewards Membership without prior notice.

• Crossword reserves the right to modify or terminate the Book Rewards Programme at any given time. It may also decide to terminate membership for a period of time as decided by the management.

• Any dispute arising would fall under the Mumbai jurisdiction.
