Before joining
Crossword the new Associate goes through
structured and non-structured interviews, books-tests and
Thomas Profiling. This is done to ensure that both the
person and attitude fit with that of Crossword.
On
joining a clearly defined induction process is carried out
to ensure that each associate is not only clear about his
job profile, the job fit with that of others and
deliverables, but also about how Crossword functions. Only
after the induction process is successfully completed, the
associate is asked to take up his/her assignment.
The
associate's performance is measured on three attributes:
knowledge, skills and achievements. Crossword is a
meritocracy. Each associate is the driver of her own career.
Requisite training is provided to all, based on current and
future needs of the associate, job and Company.
